6.3 Full payment is due 30 days prior to your tour start date.

6.5 All payments are made directly to ExplorChina. We handle all financial transactions with our local service providers.
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 Cancellations made 45 days or more before the tour: 90% refund of deposit.
7.2 Cancellations made 30-44 days before the tour: 50% refund of deposit.
7.3 Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour: No refund.
7.4 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
8. Service Delivery
8.1 ExplorChina carefully selects local travel agencies and service providers to execute the travel services.
8.2 While ExplorChina is responsible for overall tour quality and customer satisfaction, certain services are delivered by our local partners under our management.
8.3 In some cases, ExplorChina representatives may accompany tours to ensure quality standards are met.
9. Travel Documents
9.1 Travelers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or health certificates.
9.2 ExplorChina can provide guidance on visa requirements, but is not responsible for visa application outcomes.
10. Liability and Insurance
10.1 While ExplorChina takes all reasonable efforts to ensure quality and safety, we cannot be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10.2 ExplorChina’s liability is limited to the cost of the services purchased.
10.3 All travelers are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
11. Pricing and Itinerary Changes
11.1 All prices listed are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, increased costs, or factors beyond our control.
11.2 ExplorChina reserves the right to alter itineraries if necessary due to weather, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11.3 In the event of significant changes, we will inform customers as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives.
